From Ft Myers/Cape Coral: Travel east on Daniels Parkway towards the airport. Pass Gulf Coast Hospital and turn right onto Six Mile Cypress. Turn right on the third street which is International Center Drive. Go down several blocks, including the round-a-bout, and turn left just before you get to Plantation Rd. Our building is on the right.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

We request 24 hours advance notice of cancellation for all appointments. A $30 “No Show” fee will be assessed if such notice is not provided for missed annual physical appointments, missed Saturday appointments, and for repeatedly missed follow-up appointments.
