For questions regarding the Patient Portal, please call (970) 644-4002. Parents/guardians can request access to their minor child’s MyHealth Portal Portal, for children under 12 years of age, by clicking on the “I do not have an account” button above. Please provide the information for the child and sign as the parent/guardian.

Brief History

Early in 1942, the small hospital that served Fort Atkinson and the surrounding area closed its doors. Concerned citizens rallied the community, appealing for donations to someday fund a new hospital. Meanwhile, these citizens leased the former hospital to continue to provide care until a new hospital could be built.

When is the next tricare season?

TRICARE Open Season 2020 has closed. The next open season will take place in the fall of 2021. If you didn’t enroll or make a change to your TRICARE health plan during open season, you must wait until the next open season unless you have a TRICARE Qualifying Life Event (QLE).

When is the tricare open season 2021?
