Where is the Foothills Medical Centre located?

Foothill Family Clinic provides patient portal access to our patients. The patient portal, called NextMD, is a tool for communication between patient and practice. The patient portal offers a fast, reliable, and easy-to-use method of accessing important medical record information and communicating with your medical provider.

Why are visitors restricted at the Foothills Medical Centre?

At as minimum we contact each patient monthly to checkup on their wellbeing and ensure quality care. Urgent Care Walk-in care is available on a routine basis, allowing patients access to medical evaluations for all of their needs.

What browsers are needed to access your health portal?

In order to access the YourHealth Patient Portal, you must have one of the following browsers installed: Internet Explorer (version 11 or higher), Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox. You must also have Adobe Reader installed on your computer to view any of your reports.

How to change email address on YourHealth?

To change the email address that YourHealth uses for sending activity notifications, password resets, or other communications, click the Profile icon, select Update Profile, enter the new email address and click Submit.

How to request a proxy for a minor?

A parent or guardian can use MyBCH to request proxy access to a minor’s records. Sign in to the online portal, and under Profile > Personalize > Request access to a minor’s record. These requests will be reviewed by the BCH Health Information Management (HIM) department. A patient can call HIM at 303-415-7760, then press #3, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. This is only for non-legal relationships. This proxy request is not currently available in the MyBCH app.

If an upcoming appointment is eligible for eCheck-in, you can use it to take care of tasks such as checking in ahead of your appointment, updating personal, medical and insurance info, eSigning documents and answering questionnaires.

How to schedule a video visit at BCH?

You can schedule a video or phone visit by calling your clinic directly , calling the BCH scheduling number at (303) 415-4015 or by requesting an appointment through your MyBCH portal. How to log into MyBCH?

For the online portal, log into MyBCH, hover your cursor over the Profile icon in the top menu and select Personal Information. For the app, log into MyBCH click the three dots on the top right corner of the screen and select Account Settings.
