How do I log in to mybaycare patient portal?

This will take you to the MyBayCare login page. Now enter your BayCare email address and password. By clicking “Login” you will be able to log into your account. If you have any problems with your BayCare Patient Portal account, you can contact the myBayCare support service.

Sliding Fee-Scale

Our goal as a community health center is to provide comprehensive quality health care to our patients. We offer a sliding fee scale based on family size and income for those who are not covered by insurance.
