This portal allows you to "Be Well Connected" to Shore Physicians Group at your convenience, including accessing your health records 24/7 (labs, imaging, encounter care summaries) as well as various forms of health and medication education.

Test Results

Your test results will be made available to you through the patient portal soon after they are finalized, and likely before your provider has had a chance to review them. It can be difficult to understand the meaning of test results without the input of your provider.

New Feature: Patients Can Send Attachments To Secure Messages Sent Through The Portal From Their Desktop Computer and Mobile Phone
