There are two options to sign up for My FMC Portal. At your next scheduled visit you can provide your email address to a Fairfield Medical Center team member. They will be able to send you a secure email invitation to sign up for My FMC Portal.
The staff members in the Medical Records department will be able to walk you through the process to sign up to the portal. Online self-enrollment is available if you are 18 and over. You will need your medical record number in order to successfully register online. Online self-enrollment is currently not available for caregivers or guardians.

MHS GENESIS is the new secure patient portal for TRICARE. It will eventually deploy to all military medical and dental facilities worldwide and replace the TOL Patient Portal.

But before you do, please check that you’re attempting to access your patient portal from a desktop computer using a Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari browser. This may solve the problem. If not, your medical provider can supply additional assistance.
