What is the patient portal at Family Medical Center?

Each time a patient misses an appointment without providing proper notice another patient is prevented from receiving care. Therefore, Family Medical Center reserves the right to charge a fee of $25 for office visits and $50 for annual physicals or procedural visits that are not canceled with a 24-hour advanced notice.
