MyChart is a free patient portal that combines your Baptist Health medical records into one location. The easy-to-use online tool helps you manage your health by connecting you with providers and giving you access to lab results, appointment information, video visits with providers, current medications, and more from your computer, tablet, or mobile device.
To enroll, patients must accept a patient portal invitation sent to their personal email address. If you did not provide an email address during your most recent visit or you can't find your email invitation, call 706.509.3236. To receive an invitation, we will ask a series of questions to verify identity.

If you would like to sign up and don’t have an After Visit summary from your physician or a Baptist Health facility, visit MyChart to get an activation code. Once you have your activation code, you can setup your username and password on the MyChart website .
To login to MyChart, visit mychart.baptisthealth.com. Once on the page, enter your username and password that you setup when your created your account and click Sign In.
After logging into your MyChart account, hover over the Messaging tab and select “Ask a Question”
