How do you set up a CareSpace account?

Getting Started Follow these three steps to set up your account. Check your email for a registration link from CareSpace and our practice. Create a password for your CareSpace account. Log in using your email, password and date of birth.

How do I register my CareSpace portal?

Patients wishing to register for the patient portal, may ask any employee for assistance while in the office. You may call our office at 515-282-2921 and ask to speak with the clinical analyst in charge of the portal during office hours (8AM-5PM) also.

Does Humana cover immunotherapy?

We will pay the actual expenses incurred for self-administered chemotherapy,including hormone therapy, or immunotherapy agents. This benefit is not payable for planning, monitoring,or other agents used to treat or prevent side effects, or other procedures related to this therapy treatment. No Lifetime Maximum.
