What is the patient portal and how do I access it?

The Patient Portal is a secure, online platform that allows you to access your health information and communicate with our office. Please click here to access your patient portal. You will need to make an appointment first with our office.

How do I access the portal for my first appointment?

You will receive a link via an e-mail or text message to access your portal upon registering for your initial appointment. You may fill out your paperwork with the link sent from our patient check-in platform via e-mail 5 days prior to your appointment, or via text message 3 days prior to your appointment.

You will need to make an appointment first with our office. You will then be sent a password and log in to set up your account.
