Treatment at an orthopedic clinic involves a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as assistive devices, electrical stimulation, physical exercises, soft tissue massage, and ultrasound -- all designed to help build up strength, flexibility, and range of motion.

Visits tend to be between 40 and 60 minutes, with additional exercises that a patient can do at home.
