Fitness Quest Physical Therapy in Port Charlotte, has officially moved into our new location at 1649 Tamiami Trail, Unit 1A. We opened the doors of our Port Charlotte clinic originally in November of 2007.
Dr. Philip LaGamma graduated from Mercy College in 2014 with a dual degree consisting of a B.S. in Health and Sciences and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Prior to his graduating Mercy College, Philip attended Fairfield University and received his B.A. in Sociology.
Our Boca Grande location is now closed for the season, effective May 28, 2021. We will continue to see patients at our Englewood office during this time. They are located at 2828 S. McCall Rd Ste 25, in the Tiffany Square Plaza. We will re-open again in the fall!

Denise Elliott, MPT is the Clinical Director for Fitness Quest Physical Therapy in Boca Grande, Florida. Denise grew up in Silver Spring, Maryland. She attended the University of Maryland and Shenandoah University, where she obtained her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy in 1996.
