By documenting and share with their urgent care physician, they can easily illustrate their conditions and the physician can then document directly on the image showing the pain scale, pain radiation, and areas of pain.

By logging into IMS’ online urgent care patient portal, patients are able to enter information about their past medical history and general family history even before their first appointment. Patients can always access this record to update it with more or new information as necessary.

Can urgent care patients be faxed?

With the urgent care patient portal, you are able to create custom lists of folders and subfolders to manage documents taken from charts. Documents can be faxed or emailed to patients directly from the EMR system as they are required.
