Beginning April 5, 2021 your My Health eChart Patient Portal will contain more of your health records from Firelands Regional Medical Center. Reports such as History and Physicals, Discharge Summaries, Operative Reports, Physician Notes and more will post directly into your patient portal upon finalization by the physician’s signature.
