The Doctors Care Patient Portal is available to all Doctors Care patients. You can access the Doctors Care Patient Portal from any device with Internet capability to view your personal health information, communicate with your providers, view testing and lab results, or even print your work or school excuse. Any new visit information from October 9, 2021 and beyond, including prescription refills, visit notes and lab results, will now be in your new MyChart patient portal. Sign in to your myDoctor’s Office account to access historical health information from your Mount Carmel Medical Group office.
You can still access your historical medical information from myDoctor’s Office. However, you will only be able to view and read the information in myDoctor’s Office; you will not be able to communicate with your provider and no new information will be added.
