How do I register for the hospital patient portal?
Please note that you will need your medical record number and have an email address on file to register. This information can be obtained by calling (315) 787-4688 Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. To register for the first time for the HOSPITAL patient portal please click here. Our patient portals allow patients to conveniently access lab results, request appointments or prescription refills, and contact their physician from their computer or smartphone. Geneva General Hospital and Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hospital use a separate patient portal than physician practices.

Primary Care or Specialist Practice’s Patient Portals. Our primary care and specialist practices utilize a separate portal than the hospitals. Please note you must request a portal activation letter from your physician’s office before you can access the patient portal. Please contact your physician’s office for an activation letter.
