TOTS for Providers is the electronic time and attendance process that LDE uses to keep track of the time children spend in care with child care providers. TOTS gives child care providers with internet access the ability to view their authorizations and the attendance reports for their authorized children online.
Text messaging will be used to notify Foster Family homes of critical and immediate needs to place children. If you opt-in to this feature, you will be notified by cell phone text message when each need occurs. You can contact DCFS, if interested in fostering this child (or children). If you opt in (or out), and decide later you would like to opt out (or in), you can update your selection from the ‘User Profile’ feature on the portal activity panel.
Foster care is a protective service for children and their parents who must live apart because of child abuse, neglect or special family circumstances requiring the need for out-of-home care. Foster care is intended to provide temporary/short-term care for a child.

If you’re having issues logging into your patient portal, please contact your medical provider’s office for support.
Click the Billing tab. Your recent charges will appear listed under Recent Charges Payable Online.
Click the Appointments tab. Your scheduled appointments will appear listed under Upcoming Appointments . top
Click the Sign Out link at the top right of the screen. Alternatively, if your keyboard remains idle for 10 minutes or more, you will receive a pop-up window asking if you are still actively using the portal. If you do not click the OK button, you will be signed out automatically. Any information you have typed and not saved or sent will be lost.
Any active patient over the age of 13 is eligible to register for and use the Patient Portal. If you are authorized, a family access account can be created that will allow you to access selected family members' health information. top
