What is patient portal?

The patient portal provides a one-stop-shop for scheduling appointments, communicating with your care team and viewing your health information/ test results. To get started, click on the Patient Portal button. Under “Sign Into Your Portal Account,” go down to “Don’t Have an Account” and click “Sign Up” today and follow the directions.

TOL Secure Patient Portal

The TOL Patient Portal (also referred to as "TRICARE Online" or "TOL") is the current secure patient portal that gives registered users access to online health care information and services at military hospitals and clinics.

MHS GENESIS Patient Portal

MHS GENESIS is the new secure patient portal for TRICARE. It will eventually deploy to all military medical and dental facilities worldwide and replace the TOL Patient Portal.

Using MHS GENESIS and TOL Together

If you’re already a registered user on the TOL Secure Patient Portal, MHS GENESIS works much the same way.

Signing Up

Your doctor's office will provide you with a username and password to give you Patient Portal access.#N#You can also get access by calling our Customer Service Department at (614) 423-6916 or toll-free at (844) 245-5538.#N#The first time you log in, you will need to review the consent forms and click on next, then check the box, and click on agree.

Telehealth Visits

In an effort to prevent the spread of disease, we are working to offer virtual Telehealth visits instead of in-person visits for certain situations.
