Each patient will have an individual Patient Portal. Families may choose to set up a single password for each account, but an individual username must be unique to each patient. All portal information and communication are directly linked to your medical record in the practice, so requires each patient account to be unique.

Student intern treatments are $40 for the initial visit and $45 for subsequent visits. Please plan on arriving 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fill out new patient forms.
Portal messages are for non-urgent messages only. in some cases, it could take up to 2 weeks for you provider/staff to respond to portal messages as your provider may not be in the office. Please call the office if you are having an urgent problem that requires more immediate attention.
The following facilities have opened scheduling and wait lists to the public - UT Medical Center 865-305-6225 or utmedicalcenter.org, Knox County Health Dept 865-215-5555 or dial 311, and certain Walmart and Sam's Club locations. You must contact these facilities for vaccine information.
