How old do you have to be to get a Pfizer shot?

People age 16 and 17 who would like to get vaccinated must: Receive Pfizer vaccine (the only vaccine authorized by the FDA for 16- and 17-year-old people) Show proof of age. Our Family Medical Practice in Phoenix is made up of two Board-Certified Family Physicians along with our Licensed Chiropractor & Acupuncturist in addition to our Licensed Physical Therapist.

Physical Therapy

The Physical Therapy Department is staffed by Licensed Physical Therapist, Audrey Sobel, Certified Physical Therapy Technician, Trisha, and Chiropractor, Dr. Bruce Demartino, who is also a Certified Acupuncturist.

WOMEN'S HEALTH

Sobel Family Medicine Physical Therapy & Chiropractic Care provides Women’s Health Programs for women in Phoenix, Az of all ages. Programs include a well-designed Menopause Education Program to help manage the process successfully.

MEN'S HEALTH

At Sobel Family Medicine, Men’s Health is managed with an educational approach along with testing. One of our focal points includes screenings for Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia in men over 40. We are also well-equipped to screen for Prostate Cancer.

CARDIOVASCULAR TESTING

Sobel Family Medicine offers effective Cardiovascular Testing with our state of the art ultrasound technique that helps determine the amount of plaque buildup within the carotid arteries. With our early detection system, we help patients prevent future strokes from happening.
