Our primary care physicians are qualified specialists in internal medicine, with many having cared for patients in the area for over 25 years. All York Hospital practice portal patients will receive an email requesting that they UPDATE THEIR PASSWORD (their username will remain the same), from no-reply@eclinical.com. Following this change, the caregivers in our provider practices will be better able to assist our patients with their access to the practice patient portal. As of September 28, if any patients require assistance with a password reset, or encounter other unexpected issues, they will be advised to reach out to their provider’s office or contact 207-361-6902 with any questions.

If you’re a patient of Family Medical Center, you can use FollowMyHealth to review your medical information online and communicate with your Family Medical Center office. This is a FREE service provided by Family Medical Center. In order to create your account, you’ll need an invitation code (usually the last four digits of your social security number). Please contact our office to enroll and receive your invitation email.
If you need urgent medical assistance, call 911. If you need a response from the office within 24 hours, please call the office. It may take two to three business days to receive a response to any FollowMyHealth communication with the office.
The Follow My Health website is secure and configured in such a way that hackers cannot access the information.

We at FMA remain committed to keeping our patients as safe as possible during the ongoing pandemic. For this reason we cannot accept walk-ins. We are asking that everyone call the office before they need to come in for any reason (forms,appointments. etc.) in order to be screened. In addition, we are NOT doing COVID-19 testing at our office-if you have symptoms and/or wish to be tested please contact the office by phone or by portal and you will be directed accordingly.
