Dr. Mazzone began the Family & Industrial Medical Center over twenty-five years ago with the vision of combining Family Practice, Urgent Care and Occupational Medicine all under one roof. Dr. Mark Ward moved to the Central Coast in 2003 after finishing his residency in Family Practice at Bayfront Medical Center Family Practice.

Mark Ward, MD

Dr. Mark Ward moved to the Central Coast in 2003 after finishing his residency in Family Practice at Bayfront Medical Center Family Practice. As a longtime resident of North Carolina, Dr. Ward attained his medical degree from Duke University School of Medicine in 2000.

Rina Kadakia, MD

Dr. Rina Kadakia is a family medicine physician who is excited to join the staff at Family & Industrial Medical Center. She attended both college and medical school at the University of Southern California (go Trojans!) and completed her family medicine residency at Kaiser Sunset.

Established in 1983 by Dr. Richard Michal, Rocky Mount Family Medical Center has grown from one provider and one nurse to eleven board-certified providers and a support staff of over fifty-five. Originally named Rocky Mount Family Medical Center, the name was changed to Family Medical Center of Rocky Mount in 2004 to allow for future expansion. In April 2002, Family Medical Center moved from Noel Lane to a new spacious facility at 804 English Road.
