Dr. Morrow attended the University of Virginia for her undergraduate education and earned her advanced degree at Touro University Nevada College of Osteopathic Medicine in Henderson, Nevada. She completed her residency in Family Medicine at MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center, where she was named Resident of the Month by staff, attending physicians and residents, in addition to being peer-selected for the Resident Scholarship Award that signifies excellence in academic achievement.
Patients are given specific appointment times to limit the number of people in the offices at one time, and are kept in private exam rooms during their visits. To allow for safe distancing, our office hours may be adjusted during this time, and offices themselves have been rearranged.
Family Care Associates (FCA) is housed in a brand-new office designed to streamline the healthcare process. With a lounge in place of a waiting room, concierge desk, phlebotomy room for blood services, 14 wellness exam rooms, an easier workflow with less clutter, and well-trained physicians on staff, FCA has been recognized by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) as a Level 3 Physician Practice Connections Patient-Centered Medical Home (PPC-PCMH). Conveniently located in Physicians Pavilion North on GBMC’s main campus, FCA offers extended hours during the week, as well as weekend hours. Languages spoken at FCA include English and Spanish.
In certain locations, there may be physical barriers in place, and in some cases, family members may be asked to wait in their vehicles. One family member or friend may accompany a patient to the appointment. All surgical patients are tested for COVID-19 pre-operatively.
Dr. Berzansky is a board-certified family practice physician who has been practicing since 1993. He received his medical degree from the University of Massachusetts and performed his post-graduate medical training at UMass Medical Center in Worcester.
