Where is the FMC portal located?

If you do not have a scheduled appointment and wish to sign up for My FMC Portal, you need to go to the FMC Medical Records Department, which is located on the first floor at 401 N. Ewing St. in Lancaster, Ohio. The hours are 7 a.m.-8:30 p.m.

Our lab is located across the street from the hospital in the Fairchild Medical Group Building. The lab is furnished with private rooms to accommodate patient needs. These rooms include a queen bed, TV, private bath with shower. The lab is staffed with a Polysomographer Technician that oversees the test.

FMC hosts the only therapeutic pool with an underwater treadmill from San Francisco, CA to Eugene, OR. This allows orthopedic patients with weight bearing restrictions to begin normal walking without the risk of injuring their surgical repair.
