What is a Faben OB/GYN?

FABEN Obstetrics and Gynecology is a unique OB/GYN in Jacksonville, FL, that is dedicated to women at all stages of life, from adolescence through childbearing years and menopause. We are women obstetricians and gynecologists that care for women patients.

How do I create a new Patient Portal account?

To create a new patient portal account, click “Enroll Now”. Once you have a Patient Portal account, download the free HEALOW app. Depending on your location you will need to enter a unique code for Women’s Care. Select your Women’s Care office from the search list. You will be asked to login using your Patient Portal username and password.

What is included in the patient portals?

The patient portals for St. Peter's Health Partner provides you, our valued patient, online access to your health information from either an outpatient doctor's visit or an inpatient hospital stay. Health information may include blood test results, radiology results, your medical diagnoses, and more.

Can I still access my medical information from previous patient portals?

You can still access your historical medical information from our previous patient portals (athenahealth and MyHealth). However, you will only be able to view and read the information; you will not be able to communicate with your provider and no new information will be added. Need Help?
