Ezras Choilim Health Center (ECHC) accepts many payment options including Medicaid, Medicare, and many insurance plans. For the uninsured or underinsured, we offer convenient, low-cost easy payment options on a sliding scale.
Sliding fee
If you are uninsured or underinsured for today’s visit we can work with you to lower your payment amount. Patients who do not have insurance may qualify for our discount fee program, which is based on your household income and family size. Depending on your situation, you may save 25 percent to 100 percent off our regular fees.
