During the visit, ezAccess becomes a platform for secure messaging for providers and staff. It also facilitates virtual visits and Telemedicine visits via ezTelemedicine to help reach remote patients, adding another revenue stream.
After and between visits, staff and physician s can share lab and other test results with patients via automated messaging or by login to the portal. Staff can setup paper and/or electronic statements to be sent to patients on any chosen schedule – the receiving patient can then make a payment online and have it post to athenaPractice™.
