How many eyeeye health services locations are there?

Eye Health Services has nine office locations and is affiliated with two Surgical Centers. Contact lens services are available along with full service Optical shops located in six of our office locations.

Who is the founder of eye health services?

Dr. Eric H. Johnson, founded Eye Health Services with just five ophthalmologists and three offices. He served as president and ophthalmologist of Eye Health Services for over 44 years. Since 1971 EHS has flourished into the area’s premier eye care practice.

If you have sudden onset of symptoms that require immediate attention, please call our office, and we will schedule an appointment as soon as possible. Our physicians are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
