However, when you schedule your initial appointment our team will ask you about your aliments to determine which physician would be best for you to start with. It may be determined that you should see one of our team doctors who is a specialist in the treatment that you will need. This can be determined after your initial evaluation.

When will a summary of care document be sent to the patient portal?

After each admission to the hospital a new summary of care document will automatically post to your patient portal. You may access the document any time after you are discharged. Once the initial email has been sent, the patient or authorized representative will not be sent new emails with each visit.

You can also download your confidential medical record to your own private computer for your records, as well as electronically share your record with another medical professional.
