You do not need a referral to schedule an appointment, unless required by your insurance carrier. Check with your carrier to make sure your EvergreenHealth primary care provider is in your network.
If you need a same-day appointment, we ask that you call the office. If your doctor is not available, you may have the option to see another provider the same day. Let our team know if you cannot wait until the end of the day and the best phone number for us to reach you.

If you have a question about a non-emergency health concern when our office is closed, call our office phone number and you'll be transferred to the answering service. If the question is of an emergent nature, the after hours provider may be reached.
If you arrive at the clinic 10 (or more) minutes late for your appointment, you may need to be rescheduled. The front office staff will see if anything in the provider’s schedule has changed to allow you to be seen. If not, you will be asked to reschedule.
Provide us with at least a 24-hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. This allows us to make the time slot available for other patients.
