This improved access manifests itself in 1 hour office visits, same-day or next-day appointments (usually possible), text or phone-based provider contact, unlimited telemedicine visits,and occasional home visits when needed. Pricing is based on age.

Core Healthcare

Does your current insurance plan have a high premium and deductible? Consider Northwest Montana's healthcare co-op CORE HEALTHCARE. This plan includes local providers for: PCP,PT/OT, dental, mental health,imaging, lab, and pharmacy. You can designate Dr. Carvey as your PCP.

Zion Healthcare

If you don't currently have coverage for higher cost items or your plan is costing you too much, consider adding ZION HEALTH to your Core Healthcare plan to help cover those higher cost or unexpected medical needs. By pairing the two, you get comprehensive coverage at a reasonable price.

In-Person and Telehealth Visit Now Available

Reserve your first appointment and follow-up visits with your provider. Book for an in-person or telehealth visit to schedule routine office visit, ​annual wellness exam, physical or well woman exam, and well child check (ages 3 and up).

Inclement Weather

Please check local radio stations KTHS & KESA and our Facebook page regarding clinic closures due to inclement weather. Patients should call the clinic before coming in during inclement weather.

In case of an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital emergency room.

Prescription Refill

Patients who take prescription medications are advised to adhere to the schedule of lab and office visits recommended by their doctor. Please bring your medications, or a list of them (including over-the-counter medications, vitamin and supplements) to your office visit and ask your doctor to write refills for medications at that time.

Medical Records

A medical request signed by the patient is required to send or release records to anyone. If you are requesting a copy of your records, there may be an additional fee.

Financial Requirements

We accept most insurance, including Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Medicare, Medicaid, and ARKids First. You should have your insurance card available at all appointments. Copays, deductibles and/or co-insurance must be paid at time of service. We accept cash, checks and credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard and Discover).

Patient Portal Authorized Representatives

For Patients Who Are Minors: Due to federal and state confidentiality laws, patients who are between the ages of 14 and 17 are not required to disclose certain types of medical information to parents/legal guardians.
