I call back to billing dept of sleep center, again they say "you are covered at 100%" as it states in their patient portal to verify insurance.

Do you need hyphens for Sleep Insights?

The printed Patient Portal instructions you received from Sleep Insights show an initial password with hyphens to enter the first time you log onto the portal. However, when entering your initial password, do NOT enter any hyphens—just the numbers/letters.
