The Registered Nurse provides direct care in the Cath Lab setting. Communicates with physicians/Co – workers, as appropriate about changes in the patient’s clinical condition. Is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
The Coder reviews and analyzes medical record documentation to determine diagnoses and procedures that account and support the treatment and services performed. Utilizing the International Classifications of Diseases, Tenth Revision (ICD-10) and Current Procedural Terminology (CPT). The Coder translates the documented diagnostic and procedural information into coded data in accordance with regulatory agencies and hospital specific guidelines. The Coder enters the coded data and other abstracted data from the medical record into the electronic information system. Participates in chart review projects as assigned.

The patient portal is not to be used for urgent matters or emergencies. If you are a new user to the patient portal, before you begin, you will need to setup your account. This painless process is a few short steps and should only take a couple of minutes.
