Current Planned Parenthood of Illinois patients can access the Patient Portal here. Patients can go to a PPIL health center to receive an enrollment letter that contains a token. If a patient hasn't received their token, call 1-877-200-PPIL and a staff person will provide a token over the phone. Once a patient is enrolled in the Patient Portal the benefits include: View lab results
The Patient Portal gives our patients in Alaska, Hawai'i, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, and western Washington fast, easy, and secure online access to their private health information. Using the Patient Portal, you can: Check lab results. View your medical history. Send Planned Parenthood staff a secure email. Schedule appointments.

You are able to manage your email address by selecting the Settings tab and clicking the My Information option. Click the Change Method link next to a displaying email address to update or delete the address.
Documents and lab results cannot be automatically uploaded to the website; they need provider approval prior to upload. If you do not see your lab result even after requesting your health record through the patient portal, please contact us at 877-855-7526 to ask for the status of a recent lab result.
