What is the patient web portal and how do I use it?

We offer a Patient Web Portal through Eclinical Works for our patients. Through the use of this secure web portal, patients will be able to communicate with our office more efficiently. Patients may obtain a username and password at the time of their next office visit. For security reasons, they cannot be given out over the phone.

How do I Reset my Password for the patient web portal?

Click on “having trouble logging in” on the sign-in screen of the portal. Complete the required fields to reset your password. This service is still new and we are constantly updating areas. We welcome any suggestions you may have about the Patient Web Portal. Comments or technical issues may be emailed to request@endocrinemd.net .

What is patient portal communication?

Patient portal communication is intended only for the patient that is currently logged in. Any communication relating to another patient including family members needs to be communicated under their own portal ID. You are responsible for the security of your password (s) and for authorizing, monitoring and controlling any access and use of your account and password (s).

Is Healow a web based system?

Endocrine Specialists of Atlanta is a member of a network of physician practices that utilizes Healow by eClinicalWorks, a secure, web based system that allows you to contact our doctor electronically. Healow by eClinicalWorks is available 24 hours a day for you to review your labs and conduct non-urgent communications with our office.

How to Get Web Enabled

To gain access to our secure server on Patient Portal and become web-enabled, simply sign up by providing us with a personal (non-work) e-mail address.

How to see lab results?

To see your labs, click on the lab/diagnostic imaging tab. Your labs will be listed individually by date. Just click on the name of the lab to see the value, a normal range and any notes your physician may have written.

Can you give a patient a password over the phone?

Patients may obtain a username and password at the time of their next office visit. For security reasons, they cannot be given out over the phone.
