We offer a Patient Web Portal through Eclinical Works for our patients. Through the use of this secure web portal, patients will be able to communicate with our office more efficiently. Patients may obtain a username and password at the time of their next office visit. For security reasons, they cannot be given out over the phone.

DXA is short for dual x-ray absorptometry. The test painless and takes about 20 minutes. DXA is important in assessing the future risk of fractures and measuring the response to therapy. The x-ray exposure is about the same as a long airplane flight.
Session 1 is an individual one-on-one meeting to assess your diabetes knowledge, skills and needs. Session 2 is a class that focuses on diet, nutrition and meal planning. Session 3 covers the medication often used to treat diabetes and the important things to know about these treatments.
SADES is a program to help patients with diabetes better manage their condition. The program has four sessions. Each session is about 1 hour in length about 1-2 weeks apart:
Note that this practice does not generally treat with "bioidentical hormones" as they have not been proven to be more effective nor have fewer risks than extensively studied FDA approved medications. We do not treat fatigue or metabolism issues as a condition in isolation and we do not prescribe anti-aging medications. We also do not treat low progesterone or low testosterone in women.
