How do I make sure I am receiving patient portal emails?

Appointments are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm. To make an appointment, you can contact us at 952-927-7810. The receptionist will inquire about the nature of your visit so that an appropriate time can be arranged with your physician. OR. What is your long-term goal for the patient portal?

Patients should plan on scheduling their appointment at least one to two days in advance. We are unable to accommodate walk in appointments. Lab appointments are available between 7:45 am -11:45 am, and 1:00pm - 3:30 pm. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call us. Failure to cancel your appointment could result in a $25.00 fee.
