How do I sign up for the Emory Healthcare Patient Portal? For the Emory BLUE Patient Portal, contact your provider's office, call us at 404-727-8820. Calls are answered 7:30 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday-Friday. Once you receive an email invitation, access the link in the message and follow the steps to activate your account.
BLUE Portal Most of our patients will use this portal. Access this portal if you see an outpatient provider within the Emory Clinic or have been hospitalized at an Emory hospital. You can view a list of participating offices below to see if your provider uses the BLUE portal.

If your lung function is very low (determined by a pulmonary function test) and your primary physician or pulmonologist thinks no other medical or surgical therapy will help you, he or she may refer you for lung transplant evaluation. Your medical records will be sent to us to review.
Testing begins with a complete medical history and physical exam. Many different tests will be done during the evaluation to determine the condition of your lungs and if there are other physical problems, which might rule out lung transplant. The following tests and procedures may be done:
