Emory Healthcare uses different electronic medical records to provide patient care. Because of the way our technology works, this means we also have multiple patient portals – the BLUE, GOLD, and Eye Center portals.
The Emory BLUE and GOLD Patient Portals are powered by Cerner Health (IQHealth). You will receive your invitation and notification emails from IQHealth regarding portal messages from Emory Healthcare (noreply@iqhealth.com). These notifications will alert you when you have new messages, but to protect your privacy they will not include the content.
On the Emory BLUE Patient Portal, screening tests used to initially diagnose HIV are not displayed. Tests used to diagnose a genetic condition, such as a disorder of blood clotting in your family, are not displayed in the portal.

BLUE Portal Most of our patients will use this portal. Access this portal if you see an outpatient provider within the Emory Clinic or have been hospitalized at an Emory hospital. You can view a list of participating offices below to see if your provider uses the BLUE portal.
Benefits to using the App Catalog Now it is licensed for all Emory University and Emory Healthcare staff, faculty and students. After downloading the catalog, users are prompted to enter an Emory NetID and password for access. The internal app store offers several benefits.
