It serves as a “one stop shop” that provides a range of clinical, outreach and social assistance services to eligible individuals in Sacramento and its surrounding communities, regardless of ability to pay.

Comprehensive Options

Elica offers comprehensive behavioral health services, including a Suboxone treatment (MAT) program for opioid addiction and other outpatient substance abuse treatment, which are provided by our own staff of psychiatrists, psychologists, licensed therapists and certified counselors.

Integrated Care Model

Recognizing that most behavioral health issues have a physiological component, we use an integrated care model, where both the primary and behavioral health care needs of a patient are evaluated and addressed together, and the patient care plan is developed with input from both medical and mental health clinicians.
