What is EAFHC in Arkansas?

East Arkansas Family Health Center (EAFHC) provides comprehensive primary and preventive health care services appropriate for the population served at each of our health centers. We offer medical, dental, pharmaceutical, ophthalmology, laboratory, radiology, and transportation services. We also provide preventive health screenings, diabetes and cardiovascular wellness and nutrition classes, HIV/AIDS care, and behavioral health assessments. We are located in Crittenden, Poinsett, Mississippi, and Phillips counties, with a total of seven primary care medical offices and an HIV/AIDS care center.

One day a week, at our West Memphis office, EAFHC has an on-site cardiologist from Southern Cardiology. In addition, we offer ophthalmology services at our West Memphis clinic.
