Elation Passport is accessible on any device that has access to the internet with a web browser (like Internet Explorer or Google Chrome). This means any tablet, mobile phone, desktop, or laptop regardless of whether it is an Apple or Microsoft product are all compatible.
To update your email and password, click on your name in the upper right corner of the page and select Settings from the dropdown. Once on your settings page, you will see the option to “Change Email” and “Change Password” under the Login and Security section, as seen in the image below.
Start a new message by clicking the button at the bottom of the screen that says “New Message”. Complete the “Subject” and “Message” fields. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the “Add attachment” button (which is on the right-hand side of the “Send” button) and select the relevant attachment. Click “Send”.

Elation Passport is a secure online portal for you and your patient to share and communicate regarding their health information. Elation Passport allows you to send messages from Elation to a Patient's Passport account which can be accessed through a web browser or via the Elation Passport for Patient's smartphone app.
Please Note: Once you invite patients to Passport, everything in the "Vitals", "F/U" and Care Plan" boxes (and the "Plan" section ONLY if you are using the Complete H&P (2 column) Template) will be automatically shared with patients. This includes all visits prior to activating Passport for the patient.
