What is the patient portal and how does it work?

The patient portal allows you to access your healthcare record 24 hours-a-day, 7 days a week and anywhere via Internet access. Accessing the portal is simple. All you need is an active email address* and an invitation, via email, to register for access to the portal.

How do I become a El Paso health LTSS provider?

El Paso Health (EPH), a Medicaid Managed Care Organization, will be accepting applications from 1/08/2021 through 1/27/2021 for participation as Medical Service or Long-term Services and Supports ( LTSS) Providers in our network. Applicants must meet EPH’s credentialing criteria and standards for acceptance.

How do I enroll for UMC or El Paso children's hospital portal?

If you had a healthcare visit to UMC or El Paso Children's Hospital you should have received an invitation to enroll for the portal via email. If you did not receive an email, please visit the hospital's Registration Department for enrollment assistance.
