How do I schedule an SBL appointment in Effingham?

To schedule, call 217 540-6123 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Friday. The SBL Patient Portal is available through the Effingham Clinic.

How do I log in to the patient portal?

Once you provide us with your email address, our staff will enable your account. You will recieve a "welcome" email with log in instructions and your temporary username and password. Follow the link to Patient Portal, or visit our website and click the Patient Portal link on the home page to be routed to the Portal log in screen.

What should I do if I need help with the portal?

We will be happy to assist you. Do not rely on Portal messaging during an emergency or if you need immediate care. If you are sick, please call the office to schedule an appointment. Portal messages/requests will be answered during regular business hours. Your account will be locked after 10 failed log in attempts.

Walk-In Clinic

Effingham Walk-In Clinic Pfizer Vaccines Beginning Thursday, September 9, the SBL Effingham Walk-In Clinic will offer Pfizer vaccines to anyone age 12 and older by appointment only. Vaccine appointments are available on Thursdays from 1 to 7 p.m. To schedule, call 217 540-6123 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Friday.
