Patients can update demographics, complete forms and questionnaires, request prescription refills, access educational materials, request appointments through healow® Open Access®, join a telehealth visit, make a payment, and more.

Is the healow portal free to use?

Access to our Portal and the healow app are completely free. We share this information with our patients to give them access to their health records and help them make better healthcare decisions. Is having online access secure?

Is the patient portal different from my pm pediatric care telemedicine account?

IMPORTANT: The patient portal is different from your PM Pediatric Care Telemedicine account. Your test results will NOT be available on PM Pediatric Care Telemedicine
