Open the ChiroTouchMaintenance application and click the Users section. Select the user to inactivate from the list and check the Inactive box. Before you can deactivate a user, you must reassign the patients for which they are the primary or billing provider, as well as any pending appointments on their schedule.
To deactivate a patient, navigate to the Profile tab on the patient's chart. On the Patient card click the Edit section link and set the Status radio button to Active. Press Save in the top right corner when complete.
