Use the ECHN Medical Group’s Patient Portal if you have had services at any other location not listed under the MyECHN.org portal.
Health and wellness maintenance and preventive screenings for children, adults, and older patients, including routine exams, pap smears, or physicals for work, schools, camps, or sports activities. Diagnosis and management of common health conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, and heart disease.
Urgent care for injuries and illnesses that don’t require emergency treatment. Referrals to a number of area specialists if you need follow-up care. Behavioral health screenings and referrals, plus treatment for certain conditions. Medication assisted treatment for substance use may be available.
If your child has been to the hospital for tests or treatment, you may have already received an email with a link to the portal.
To enroll, call the office practice and provide a personal (non-work) email address to become an approved user of that practice's patient portal.
