How do I schedule an appointment with Dr Eaton?

All patients can contact Dr. Eaton's office at 727-573-5626 to schedule an appointment.

Where is Dr Eaton now?

Following his fellowship, Dr. Eaton moved to St. Petersburg, Florida where he set up his private practice. He is the Orthopaedic Surgeon for the Tampa Bay Rays and a faculty member at the University of South Florida. Dr. Eaton has been awarded a patent for knee surgery.

How do I enroll in the patient portal?

Please contact our Medical Records Department at (252) 757-2663 in order to enroll. Once you have obtained your PIN, follow the applicable instructions below. If you have accidentally enrolled in the Patient Portal before receiving a PIN, you simply need to contact our Medical Records Department to request your PIN and link your account.
