I am definitely a fan of Eastover Family Care Center. I have been a patient of one of the providers for over 18 years. The staff is helpful and the providers are awesome! They take time to listen attentively to my needs. When emailing or leaving a voice message, they respond within 24-48 hours.

Do I have to show the Eastover medical clinic policy to patients?

As a patient of the Eastover Medical Clinic, I asked to see the clinic policy to which my family and I are obligated. She became curt and hostile. She then stated, "I do not have to show you our policy - it's actually not a policy but a provision of our contract with TRICARE and I do not have to show you any part of our contract".
