Why choose eastern Pediatrics Greenville?

Holiday hours! We will be closed on the 24th and 25th for Christmas. We will be open a half day on New Years Eve (close at noon), and be closed on New Years day. Happy Holidays! As of Monday 6/29/20, we will be requiring masks/face coverings for everyone (11 years and older) who enters the building. You will need to bring your own mask.

How long does a patient access link last?

Don't forget to complete your account creation soon. The patient-specific access links in the email message will expire after 90 days for your security.

How long does a link to enroll in a program last?

Simply click on the link provided in the email to verify your personal information. To protect your privacy, the access link will expire in 90 days.

How to retrieve my password?

Retrieving your password can be performed online. When attempting to log in, simply click on "Forgot Password.". Type in your email address and the words displayed for verification . Upon successful verification, you will receive an email containing a link and a few steps to reset the password.

How long does a link expire?

To protect your privacy, the access link will expire in 90 days. You will be asked to create a username and password to set up your account. Please store this information in a safe place. The username and password will be required each time you log in to the portal.

Can you give access to your health information?

Only you can have access to your health information. You may grant permission to a caregiver or family member to also view your information. In the future, you will be able to securely transmit your health information to other health providers.
